Problem: Modern Door manages roughly 500 projects per year, and was having trouble keeping projects up to date. The company’s previous paper filing system was slow and ineffective in relaying real-time information to project managers and customers.

Because they sell premium products, they utilize a more complex pricing process. To accommodate that process, Modern Door needed a system that would allow for quotes to be modified easily and that provides comprehensive pricing details.

Solution: Buan was able to design a customized system that meets Modern Door’s need to supply real-time data to every member of the project team. Old data was easily converted to Salesforce, eliminating the company’s previous paper-based system and allowing them to customize quotes and work orders faster.
