Ideal Candidate:
This candidate is responsible for interviewing Salesforce consultants and developers. They must build and nurture a full pipeline of candidates so that the company can easily hire excellent employees throughout the calendar year as contracts are closed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scours social media sites for candidates
- Builds relationships with candidates both looking for a position and not looking
- Triages resumes
- Conducts phone interviews
- Schedules follow-up interviews
- Background Checks
- Reference Checks
- Coordinates monthly Salesforce user groups for recruiting purposes
Metrics:
- Number of new candidates entered into database
- Number of email and phone call activities to candidates
- Quality of candidate relationships as measured by number of responses from candidates
- Social engagement from candidates
- Applicants per hire
- Retention
- Offer Acceptance Hire
- Number of positions filled
- Candidate Pipeline growth
