Kathy Miller, Senior Developer
Kathy Miller joins Buan Consulting as a Senior Consultant bringing 10 years of Salesforce experience and over thirty years of experience as an IT professional. She excels at problem-solving and designing creative solutions to streamlining and standardizing processes and designs. She is a Certified Salesforce.com Developer and Salesforce.com Administrator and holds a BS in Computer Science from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA.
Prior to joining Buan Consulting, Kathy Miller was a Salesforce Developer at Univar where she accomplished challenges such as providing enhancements and support for 4 instances of Salesforce.com with 3,000 users globally; architected changes to increase efficiency and decrease failure rate as the sole support for Java-based batch customer integration; designed and implemented solutions to a complex business requirement to send customized emails to variable parties based on dynamic data conditions; and automated a time-consuming and inaccurate manual process for maintaining Account Team members, saving at least a half day of person hours each week. Needless to say, we are thrilled to have Kathy join our team!
Kathy currently resides in Eugene, Oregon, where she volunteers and serves on the advisory council of a community health organization. In her spare time she loves to hike, garden, roast (and drink) her own coffee, and travel.
