Meet Jocelyn, who joined Buan Consulting as a Senior-Level, Salesforce-Certified Consultant and was recently promoted to Director of Professional Services. Jocelyn has over 12 years of experience implementing CRM systems for various industries. Her technical background in writing code and performing configuration is complemented by her ability to act as a Functional Analyst. Jocelyn also has her PMP certification, which allows her to understand the needs of a project at all levels. She has worked on various Salesforce projects writing Apex Code, Visualforce Pages and Triggers, as well as performing Configuration at all levels.
