Dave has more than 15 years of experience implementing CRM systems; designing, implementing, and maintaining public customer portals and employee intranets; and managing various projects. His technical background in writing code, designing interfaces, and staying current on changing trends within the industry is complemented by his extensive background in customer service and business experience. Dave is also proficient in Oracle and best testing practices. He has worked on various Salesforce projects writing Apex Code, Visualforce Pages and Triggers.
