Problem: All users were using spread sheets to track their projects and saving them to a network folder.  This made reporting difficult, tracking of projects, and overall company projections difficult due to each project being in its own spread sheet.  To gather project status’s required searching and opening multiple spread sheets.

Challenge: Creating an environment where Sales could create and track projects while providing Executives insight into the business.

Benefit: User are now able to see projects and executives are able to see status of projects and potential revenue at any given time.

Results: Used Salesforce to provide a single platform for all users to use.  Executives have insight into the business with real time data and reporting, and can make decisions quicker.
