Sue Faron, Principal Consultant
Sue is a Principal Consultant with Salesforce Certifications. She has been with the company since 2007 and has more than 30 years experience in database management and custom implementations of CRM solutions. Sue is the Practice Lead for Salesforce.com for the Public Sector and Non-Profit Services. She is responsible for the project management of complex Salesforce implementations and consults on Salesforce best practices in design, implementation and training specializing in knowledge management and integration projects.
Sue is experienced and a champion of the introduction of new software products and innovative online programs to clients and users. Additionally, she has hands-on experience and produces measurable results creating and implementing quality initiatives for public sector clients, nonprofits, small to mid-sized commercial ventures and partners. She has a degree in Elementary Education from George Mason University.
