Renee Kelliher, Senior Consultant
Renee is an accomplished Senior Consultant with a unique blend of Sales Management and Cloud implementation skills and over 13 years of Salesforce and CRM implementation experience. Earlier in her career, as a Sales Management Professional, Renee carried out various roles including: Sales Director, Sales Trainer, Sales Operations Manager. Through these roles, she specialized in implementing strategy, process, and technology for sales and marketing organizations. Renee first began working with Salesforce in 2001 as an administrator. She joined the Consulting world in 2008 as a trainer delivering Salesforce Administrator Training and in 2009 began consulting on Salesforce implementations. Since then, Renee has been involved in delivering Salesforce solutions to clients across a variety of industries and business models. Renee’s diverse background allows her to approach her projects as both a strategist and a Salesforce functional expert.
Having cut her teeth in Sales management and training, Renee is passionate about improving sales and marketing processes. She has an excellent ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improving and streamlining them. Renee leverages her real life experience in sales, and her deep understanding of sales methodologies when working with sales and support organizations.
Renee has implemented Solutions across the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, custom development and integration. Renee has played various roles on implementations including: Project Manager, Business Analyst, Configuration Specialist, Data Specialist, Training Specialist and Solution Architect. Renee enjoys “putting the pieces of the puzzle together” to develop the right solution for her clients and specializes in developing complex solutions. Renee also has expertise in the areas of Salesforce change management, reporting and analytics, and user adoption.
In addition to her experience, Renee has achieved the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce, Certified Developer, Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster.
