Buan Consulting Awarded SEC Contract Press Release FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Buan Consulting, Inc. Awarded SEC Contract ANNAPOLIS, Md., July 26, 2005 – Buan Consulting, Inc., which offers software consulting services for knowledge management and portal solutions, today announced that it has been awarded a contract by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC provides financial information on all public companies to investors and also oversees other key participants in the securities world. The one-year contract with four option years is valued at approximately $1 million. A certified 8(a) company, Buan Consulting will provide the SEC with support services for Autonomy knowledge management software to be used to provide enhanced functionality across several SEC divisions and on the SEC public web site.
