Problem: Versar needed to provide a simple way to create a review for Opportunities and get these reviews approved before an Opportunity could move forward.
Challenge: The company needed to keep the review and approval processes simple and quick for end users.
Solution: Buan Consulting developed a simple solution that created the Review and a single-page view for end users to answer Review questions. Once answered, users were able to submit the Review for approval. Based on Opportunity data, additional questions would be created if needed.
Benefits/Results: As a result of their solution, Versar can ensure that all questions are resolved for the executive committee to review. The executive committee is no longer required to go back to the Opportunity owner to ask questions, and are therefore able to approve and process Opportunities much more quickly.
