Problem: Southern Maryland Health System wanted to track the referrals from within their health system against the products sold. They needed to track doctors’ requests for medical devices and track all calls and visits to the clinics.
Challenge: Keeping to a tight budget, and with limited IT expertise, SMHS required customization for the typical doctor and clinic relationships.
Solution: Buan Consulting created a simple solution that met the requirements and also provided increased visibility to sales field activity. MobileLite was deployed to allow the users to easily update their activity from the field.
