Problem: Radius operates through a network of independently owned travel agencies servicing large, multinational clients. They needed to move all of their data onto one internal system and eliminate spreadsheets. The new system needed to provide a means to manage bidding and corporate relationships processes.
Challenge: Track a complex set of processes from lead to active client, track relationships with agencies, manage basic marketing processes, create reports & dashboards to monitor pipeline within a simple user interface
Solution: Apex code and Visualforce pages automated the input of detailed transaction data on each lead and moved the information into the Bid Opportunity after the lead was qualified. Detailed training documentation and hands on coaching introduced the new processes to the sales team. A real time link to their legacy customer portal was also provided.
Benefits/Results: The complex, highly customized solution was ready in eight weeks.
