Problem: Current system provided limited visibility to clients internally.  They would have clients call and request discount, if didn’t get answer they wanted, they would then call back and talk to someone else and ask for discount, until someone gave them discount they were looking for, not knowing they had called several times already.  Not able to track leads, and multiple internal employees have same Lead and not know.

Solution: Setup Salesforce so that everyone internally had access and visibility.  Users are able to track Leads and track Activities on Accounts/Contacts.

Benefits/Results: Everyone is able to track and have visibility into all clients.  Able to track leads and conversion of those leads.  Can see overlap without having dupes in system.
