Problem: McCormick was using Lotus Notes to manage customers, as well as to track Pricing and NBN Requests and SAP. Their previous system lacked the ability to track tour requests.

Challenge: End users were using multiple systems, and tours were previously tracked using paper copies that were filled out manually.

Solution: Buan implemented Salesforce for customer tracking. We also created custom objects to track requests for Pricing and NBN Requests, as well as to submit and track tours.

Benefits/Results: Sales and Pricing/NBN teams are now using the same system and are able to track who is coming in for tours, notify appropriate groups about tours, and report on which clients have completed tours. McCormick is now able to see the full picture of their customers in one place.
